I've been trying to replace my plastic containers with metal and glass, and particularly some of the stainless steel lunchboxes are lovely for picnics.
But I have a question (unrelated) for you - especially as you have kids. Any suggestions for raincoats? I can make them if I can find suitable materials, or buy something if it exists. My main priority here is avoiding PVC and the nastier plastics, but what else is there? It would need to be light enough to go into school bags, and of course, waterproof. Any suggestions?
