Last night I came to the realization that I need to be purchasing a coffee bean grinder, but there are so many different things to take into consideration, many of which I have never even heard of before, things like: How long does it take to grind the coffee beans? Can I grind a lot of beans at one time? Is the grinder electric or manual? Is the coffee grinder a space saver? How many coarness levels does the grinder have, ie; fine, ultrafine or coarse, medium coarseness. How was the cost of a grinder? What is difference in the most expensive grinder to the less expensive grinders? Can you use any flavor of coffee to grind? Does the coffee bean grinder come attached to a coffee maker? Does the coffee grinder have a preset timer- along with a automatic turn off mechanism?

I use Everyday Minerals. They are a great company-https://www.everydayminerals.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=61

They still use plastic but are working on doing refillable containers.

Hi Peggy, I expected to have some actual cosmetics users let me know what I don't know. A refillable aluminum compact sounds like a great way to avoid wasteful packaging.

Aveda is a company that is very responsible with their packaging. Their makeup compacts are made out of recyclable aluminum and they sell refills. I've had their powder compact for over 10 years. I just buy refills for it when I run out. They also use clean ingredients.

Here is more info from their website:

I have no affiliation with Aveda...just so you know.
