I have LOADS of reusable bags... but in my defense I get one with my shoping, go home, empty my shopping and it then seems to get filled with other stuff, one became my knitting bag.... but had too much knitting so needed a second one.... they get filled with material ready for making summer dresses of for xmas decorations, ect ect ect. But I found I have a couple which are my favs. my nice large canvas waitrose one and one which is very thin and folds small into it's own little bag and that is perfect for staying in my handbag so I never again forget to bring a bag!

I hear you on this one. I always intend to start bringing extras with me when I go shopping and giving them away to people who are about to take plastic bags...but I'm kind of afraid that I might offend some strident anti-environmentalist. Maybe my new year's resolution can be to pluck up my courage.

I admit to having a ton of bags at home and made a vow not to accumulate more. I use each and every one of them at least. The problem is, they do wear out after a while (a few years) so I'm at a loss as to what to do with the dilapidated ones.
